Digital Surveillance and Covid-19 tracing apps: a Canadian analysis

This panel highlighted the effects of increased surveillance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hosted by the Canadian International Council (CIC Montreal), the MIGS Centre at Concordia University, and College Royal Militaire de Saint-Jean, it gave a global overview of these measures, looked at how citizens have responded to the potential risks and benefits of tracing apps, and explored privacy implications and changes to democratic values.
