Children and Technology Policy
Children and youth stand to be especially impacted by the attention economy of data-driven technologies, educational tools that support surveillance and data collection, and toxic online environments.
Engaging with a broad network of interdisciplinary scholars, this work aims to understand and address the impact of media technologies on children and youth against a broader data privacy governance agenda. The Centre convenes leading experts, policymakers, and impacted stakeholders to question the challenges posed by digital technologies to children and youth.
